Admissions process
Before your child can be officially enrolled in Young Learning Academy you must pay an application fee ($50) and complete an application and provide the following documents:
Signed Parent Contract and Rate Agreement
Completed Child Registration Form & Copy of Immunization Record (or signed waiver)
Signed consent forms (those that are applicable)
