Young Learning Academy is a Type III early childhood center licensed by the Louisiana State Department of Education. YLA was founded in October 2019 by Gregory and Shunda Young. The Young’s possess over 43 years of combined experience as Certified, Regular and Special Educators.

Our schedule and daily plans are prepared in advance, yet with flexibility, to meet the demands of each individual who are the primary educator and caregiver of your child. We strive to support you to the best of our ability. Our caregivers are well trained in the art of childcare, education, and early childhood development. Our staff is expected to exhibit professionalism in all stages of contact with you and your child.
